Consumer Awareness Program on Telecom Services

CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), is collaborating with Agurchand Manmull Jain College to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’ on July 30, 2024 at 10.30am at AM Jain College, Tirusulam. The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vodafone Idea Limited will be present at the event.
