CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI), is collaborating with Vivekanandar Manitha Vala Sangam, Damal to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’ on June 22, 2024 at Damal Village Community Hall, Kancheepuram. The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vodafone Idea Limited will be present at the event.
